Ministry Partner of the Month: The Sandwich Ministry

The Sandwich Ministry was founded to support the “363 Project” in feeding those experiencing homelessness throughout the entire year. We purchase  supplies and gather our congregation to prepare 250 sandwiches on one Sunday each month.

The sandwiches are donated to local shelters or our ministry partners, including Our Saviour’s, the 363 Project, and the Salvation Army.

Oak Knoll purchases the bread, meat, cheese, and sandwich bags for The Sandwich Ministry. For around $300 each month, we are able to provide 250 sandwiches (most of which are never frozen) to support our local community residents.
