Adult Faith Formation
Oak Knoll has a number of opportunities for adults to participate in the community and connect with others. We offer faith- and fellowship-based groups to grow in your faith and relationships within our community.
Women's Bible Study
Pew Sisters - We welcome all women of the congregation (you do not need to be a member) and their friends to join us Monday mornings from 9:30-11:00am in the Rose Room. This group meets September-May. If you have questions, please contact Pastor Michele.
Curious Readers in the 30s & Beyond - This women's study group joins together via email with questions posted once a week and all members responding (and responding to responses) during the week. If you would like to join us, please contact Pastor Michele to get on the email list.
Oak Knoll's Men's Breakfast takes place every second Thursday of the month at Perkins on Highway 7 and Hopkins Crossroad. Men of all ages are welcome to join in this time of fellowship.
Oak Knoll's Quilting Group meets on Wednesday mornings to make quilts that are distributed internationally through Lutheran World Relief.
Are you an adult who likes attending concerts, games, and other events to cheer on young people? If so, sign up for Oak Knoll's Spectator Team! We want to celebrate and support youth in the use of their talents and gifts by showing up and cheering or applauding their work! If you're an adult that is ready to cheer on our youth, please sign up here or contact Christina Black.
West Suburban Grief Coalition
The Coalition's mission is to assist the grieving in understanding their loss experience. The group rotates meeting places each quarter among the member churches, including Oak Knoll. To find the current location or learn more about the group, please call Harley Feldman at 612-840-1774. Newcomers are welcome at any time and there are no fees associated with participation.
