HVAC
The HVAC repairs and replacements have continued into the month of August. One of the two rooftop condenser motors was replaced for fellowship hall. The other motor was previously replaced in 2021. The current replacement is funded by the operating budget.
Both the furnace and air conditioner units were replaced for the Alano wing. These units were original to the building, so a full replacement was necessary and not unexpected. This project was funded by the Dedicated Building Fund.
Sanctuary
The power conditioner in the sanctuary sound closet failed and was replaced this month. Thank you to our Streaming Director, Stephen Murray, for the installation of the new power conditioner which was funded by the operating budget.
Building Exterior

Volunteers, Fred Moore and Tom Marshall, have been working to replace the caulk in the sidewalk joints and cracks. We are very appreciative of Fred and Tom taking care of this maintenance project which is funded by the operating budget.
EIFS repairs on the east and north side of the buildings is expected to begin after Labor Day.
General Maintenance
The battery and the child/infant pads were replaced in the AED machine. This project was funded by the Dedicated Health Supplies & Expense Account.
If you are interested in giving to support projects like this, you may select the Oak Knoll Building Improvement Fund on online giving or write it on the memo line. Thank you for helping maintain our facility and supporting our vision to be Rooted in Generosity!
