HVAC
The control timers for the new bathroom fans were replaced in August. The timers add to the efficiency of our building. The replacement was funded by the operating budget.
Building Exterior
The repairs to the EIFS on the east and north sides of the building occurred in September. The steeple area looks amazing with all staining and cracks removed. This project was funded by Estate Gifts and the Dedicated Building Fund.
The sidewalks near the Preschool entrance and Alano hallway were raised in September to be level with the curbs and building entrance. This repair was made to avoid tripping and accidents. This project was funded by the operating budget.
Volunteer, Fred Moore, continues to replace the caulk in the sidewalk joints and cracks. We are very appreciative of Fred taking care of this maintenance project which is funded by the operating budget.
Kitchen
The commercial kitchen freezer was replaced due to a faulty compressor. This replacement was funded by the operating budget.
Preschool
Volunteer, Fred Moore, has been repairing the Preschool storage shed near the playground. The entrance doors have been replaced with a small garage door. These repairs are funded by the Preschool operating budget.

The heating element was replaced in the Preschool commercial dishwasher due to temperatures necessary for sanitation not being reached. This repair was funded by the Preschool operating budget.
