Oak Knoll Christian Preschool & Childcare - May 2025

In April we ended our Gerten’s Plant Sale Fundraiser with a total of $7,430 in sales, a record for our program. Thank you to all who have purchased plants, our program will receive 30% of the total sales. As we prepare for delivery and distribution day on May 17th, an email will be sent out with more details on plant pick up times.

 In May we will start the month off with our Spring Sing and Art Show. This has been a springtime favorite, an opportunity for all our families to join together and share an afternoon of fellowship and celebration. We will also celebrate our teachers this month with teacher appreciation week May 5th-9th. We have a wonderful group of teachers that are dedicated to the children that we serve. Families in our program have donated money to help with surprises and our parent advisory board has been helping orchestrate the fun.

 We will end our preschool year at the end of May. This past school year, we welcomed 54 students to our program, 17 of which were new families. Many of our new families learned about our program through recommendations of our current and former families. We are still in the process of enrolling families for preschool or child care for next fall.
