Oak Knoll Christian Preschool & Childcare - March 2025

February was a busy month for our preschoolers. All classrooms celebrated Valentine’s Day by sharing Valentine cards, having a special snack and creating heart-themed art.

Also in February, the classrooms learned about community helpers through various hands-on activities and dramatic play centers. We were fortunate to have a pediatric dentist and pediatric nurse visit our program and share with the children ways to keep our bodies and teeth healthy.

We look forward to welcoming March and the season of spring. In March we will hold parent-teacher conferences. This is a time for us to connect with families and review goals from fall and celebrate each child’s success. We will also welcome Story Theater, part of the Robbinsdale Area Schools Community Education program. Story Theater will be sharing the story “Little Quack” with our children.

We are also looking forward to welcoming Spring with our annual Gerten's Plant Sale Fundraiser. For all plant orders, our program receives 30% of the total sales. Our fundraiser is now open and will close on April 3rd. If you are interested in purchasing plants, you can log in to www.gertensfundraising.com and enter code 36. Plants will be delivered to Oak Knoll on Saturday, May 17th.

We are continuing to enroll new families for preschool and child care for fall. We have part-time and full-time options for children ages 2/3 years old and we have part-time options open for children 4/5 years old.
