Music at Oak Knoll - October 2025

The new music season is off and running!

The Oak Knoll choir has been deep in rehearsals, and we are excited to have Parker Degerness on board directing the choir. His extensive choral background is a huge asset to the choir and we are having a blast. Anyone is welcome in the Oak Knoll Choir—we rehearse Wednesdays during the school year from 7-8:30pm and sings about two Sundays a month. A full year singing schedule is available if you are interested.

Bell choir is also rehearsing this fall and will be performing at our October 19th service. The bell choir rehearses occasionally to bring joyful music to our worship services. For information about Bell Choir this fall, please contact Beth Key at htebyek@gmail.com.

October will bring about more wonderful music to our Sunday services, culminating in Reformation Sunday at the end of the month. The choir will be singing a beautiful rendition of A Mighty Fortress is Our God during that service - we are excited to breathe new life into this Lutheran classic!
