Ministry Partner of the Month: Lutheran Partners in Global Ministry

Oak Knoll partners with LPGM to sponsor 10 students’ educations through the Arcot Lutheran Church in Southeast India. Project Education India provides Oak Knoll members a direct connection and communication with specific students coming from the poorest of the poor, allowing them and their subsequent generations a route out of severe poverty that they could not otherwise achieve. We have also enhanced this support through sponsoring libraries, English+ programs and a Community College preparing students for specific jobs.

You may donate to LPGM through contributions to Oak Knoll at oklutheran.org/give-online. These funds will be directed to LPGM and allocated were most needed. LPGM has a high rating in financial transparency and beneficial use of funds.

Send Your Letters and Prayers to Our LPGM Students!

Oak Knoll’s 10 sponsored students have photos, biographies and letters on the LPGM board in Fellowship Hall. 

These students will begin their summer vacation on April 15th. We encourage you to write them a letter or color a card to wish them well on their time off!

Connect with our LPGM students by filling out a paper connection form or coloring a card at the student board in Fellowship Hall.
