Curious Readers

Curious Readers is an online group that studies different theological books throughout the year. We choose books that are accessible and thought-provoking. Each week we read one chapter of the book and then questions are posted to our email group. Over the course of the week, people answer some or all of the questions, and group discussion ensues. This group will begin for the season in late September.

Our first book this year will be Peter Enns Curveball. In this book Enns considers the

“curve balls” thrown at us during life — moments or events that often leave us doubting God, the Bible, and our faith. He argues that instead of pushing away from these events, we should embrace them and, in the process, see how God is at work building wisdom and maturity in us.
