Community Memorial Service

All members of the public are invited to a Candlelight Memorial Service hosted by the West Suburban Grief Coalition to honor our lost loved ones as we enter the holiday season.

This meaningful service helps to bring comfort, hope and healing to attendees who have experienced the death of a loved one. You needn’t be a Grief Coalition participant nor a church member to attend. All grieving hearts are welcome to honor and remember their people.

Service will be at 6pm at St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church (17205 County Road 6, Plymouth, MN 55447); please plan to arrive between 5:30 and 5:45pm in order to register. You will be given a memorial candle that you may take home following the service.

An optional catered dinner will be served at the church following the service. If you wish to take part in dinner, the cost is $17 per person and you must reserve your seat in advance.
