VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL - 2010 

Baobab Blast- God’s Great Get Together. 

   What happens when you combine 50 children, a dozen or so youth helpers, six teachers and a music director? A Baobab Blast! Bible School was set in the African Serengeti and it was fabulous!

   Each morning during VBS, we met under the Baobab Tree (a very large tree from Africa) to hear an action packed Bible story, learn a Bible Memory Verse and meet an African critter to help us remember the story! Then students ran off to lessons, playtime, craft time, and everyone’s favorite – music time!

   This year, we learned that God calls us to Trust, Love, Follow, Care and Share. We had great volunteers and enthusiastic students who kept everyone on toes from the start of the day to the very end!
