Christ Centered Ministry Focus: Everything we do should reflect a Christ-like attitude and rely on a foundation of prayer and belief in the Holy Scriptures.   

Relational Ministry: We believe that every event or activity represents an opportunity for people of all ages to develop relationships, which could become a bridge to building a relationship with Christ.

Serving Families: We will intentionally seek ways to support families, strengthen the relationships between parents and their children, and create a place where families can come together in a community of faith. 

Mentoring/Intergenerational Ministry: We believe that we are a family of God, and that people of all ages can learn from each other. Therefore, we seek to pair youth with adult mentors to discuss life, faith and church issues; and, to provide opportunities for our whole church family to fellowship together. 

Service/Missions: We believe that the people of God should have opportunities to be the hands and feet of Christ in the world. 

As a result of being involved in youth ministry at Oak Knoll, we have the following hopes and dreams for our youth:

We want our youth to:

• Encounter God in meaningful ways
• Experience the grace, love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ
• Grow in their appreciation and knowledge of the Bible
• Start living a life of prayer
• Be connected to their church community
• Be spiritually alive and servant-hearted.
