Wednesday Night Faith Formation
Ephphatha—Be Opened
After he took him aside, away from the crowd, Jesus put his fingers into the man’s ears. Then he spit and touched the man’s tongue. He looked up to heaven and with a deep sigh said to him, "Ephphatha!" (which means "Be opened!"). At this, the man’s ears were opened, his tongue was loosened, and he began to speak plainly. Mark 7: 33-35
Wednesday nights at Oak Knoll are nights of faith formation for everyone — and the place is hopping with activity! Each Wednesday people of all ages gather for fellowship, for worship, and for learning.
This year we will consider the question —Who is Jesus? To this end, we will offer many learning choices for every age group. Childcare is provided for the littlest ones in our nursery.
Our 4th, 5th, and 6th grade youth will participate in Christos Quest where they wrestle with the Scriptures and important questions of faith.
Our Confirmation program, (for 7th, 8th and 9th grade youth)
