ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Our Saviour’s Housing Emergency Shelter is home to 40 adults every night of the year. Oak Knoll plans and serves dinner at Our Saviour’s on the third Wednesday of each month. By providing a dinner you can give the residents a filling and nutritious meal. And you will change your assumptions about homelessness!.
Plymouth Christian Youth Center (PCYC) is a community-based organization that offers programs aimed at helping inner-city youth. August is back-to-school month - you are invited to bring school supply donations for PCYC students to start the school year. A list of supplies will be available at the Welcome Desk. In November, we will collect gifts for PCYC’s gift shop – where the children shop for discounted gifts for their family.
Lutheran Social Services (LSS) helps Minnesota’s most vulnerable by providing a range of human support services related to the basic necessities of life – food and shelter, physical health and safety, and emotional and spiritual well being.

Memorial Blood Centers is a non-profit blood center that serves over 30 hospitals. Your blood donation is always needed to help save the lives of others. Each July, the bloodmobile is at St. Mary’s of the Lakes Catholic Church in Minnetonka.
